Body Shaming Hurts Boys And Men Too

My romantic heroes  need to fit a certain standard, this is escapism and fantasy then I realised the pressure real men where under to attain such standards. My heroes are purely fictional but real men live and breath.

Not all men can look like this! And yet we forget it’s not only not only women who are body shamed. When was the last time a plus-size male model was celebrated? Hardly ever. Yet they are more regular plus sized men in real life.

Not everyone can be superman with big pecs and ribbed abs.

There are lots of boys suffering from anorexia now!

Genital Size: Does this matter?

Genital shaming especially about size. Small balls, dick, penis. All those jokes. I use to know someone who only used the toilets in the men’s toilet because he was too shamed to use the communal urinals in front of other men.

A lot of men consider penis enlargement surgery though the UK’s NHS  (National heath Service) https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/sexual-health/penis-enlargement/ suggest

  • trim your pubic hair – a big mound of pubic hair can make your penis look smaller than it is

  • lose weight – a beer belly hanging over your penis can make your penis look smaller

  • get fit – getting into shape will not only make you feel more attractive, it could also improve your sex life

But if it wasn’t for society would a man think his genitals small?

Body shaming affect everyone, just not just girls and women.
